1. Who we are

MBA CATalyst ("we", "us", "our") operates a CAT mock-test and analytics platform for MBA aspirants preparing for the Common Admission Test (CAT) in India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.

2. What data we collect

  • Account information: full name, email address, and mobile number provided at signup.
  • Academic/profile information: details you optionally provide in your profile (education, work experience, target B-schools).
  • Performance data: your mock test attempts, question-level responses, scores, timing, and analytics derived from them.
  • Payment information: premium subscription purchases are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details ourselves.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the platform: authenticate you, run and grade mock tests, compute percentile and analytics, personalize your dashboard, process premium payments, and communicate service-related updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Where your data is stored

Application data (account details, test attempts, responses, analytics) is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Error diagnostics are processed by our infrastructure providers. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Each of these providers has its own security practices and data-processing terms.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain your account and performance data for as long as your account is active, so you can track progress over time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

6. Your rights

You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You can also update most profile details directly from your account settings.

7. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to this policy or our services are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
