1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using MBA CATalyst ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Free accounts are limited to one attempt per free mock test; premium accounts unlock additional tests and features as described on our Pricing page.
3. Exam integrity
Mock tests are provided for self-assessment and practice. The Platform records tab-switch events during a live mock for your own awareness of exam discipline; it does not currently disqualify or penalize attempts based on this signal. Scores and percentiles are estimates for practice purposes and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or predictive of your actual CAT result.
4. Payments and refunds
Premium subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase and processed via Razorpay. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable once premium access has been granted.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account, scrape or redistribute question content, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the Platform in any way that disrupts its operation for other users.
6. Content ownership
All questions, passages, solutions, and platform content are the property of MBA CATalyst and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on percentile estimates or analytics for exam-day decisions.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
